Gender justice is at the heart of everything we do. We design our programs to ensure that everyone—women, men, girls, and boys—has equal opportunities and benefits. Promoting gender equality is the foundation of all our efforts.
Policy Advocacy
We advocate for policies that include and protect women and girls, ensuring their rights and opportunities are safeguarded. Our work is centered on the development, enforcement, and upholding of gender-related laws to close existing gender gaps. We strive to create a society where women and girls can thrive free from discrimination and violence. This involves collaborating with policymakers, community leaders, and organizations to promote gender equality and empower women and girls in all spheres of life. Through education, awareness campaigns, and legal reforms, we aim to dismantle systemic barriers and foster an environment of inclusivity and respect. Our efforts also focus on providing support and resources to women and girls, enabling them to achieve their full potential and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Our mission is to dismantle systemic barriers and promote equality by pushing for legal reforms that ensure fair treatment and opportunities for everyone. We work tirelessly to raise awareness about gender issues, collaborating with policymakers, community leaders, and organizations to foster an inclusive society. Interpretation and Simplification of Laws
We simplify and interpret laws so young people can understand and use them to hold governments accountable. Our approach ensures legal frameworks are easy to grasp for different age groups.
Networks, Exchange Programs, & Youth Outreach
We create inclusive spaces where young people can come together to discuss key issues that affect their lives and communities. Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR)
Women’s and young people’s sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) are often overlooked, despite being crucial for individual well-being and societal progress. At VSI, we advocate for SRHR as a fundamental part of sustainable development, recognizing that access to comprehensive sexual education, healthcare services, and reproductive rights is essential for empowering individuals and promoting gender equality. We work to raise awareness about the importance of SRHR, challenging stigmas and misconceptions that hinder progress. By collaborating with policymakers, healthcare providers, and community leaders, we strive to create an environment where everyone has the knowledge, resources, and support needed to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health.
